Delivery Policy

By opting for our delivery service, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the delivery policy terms & conditions listed below. We appreciate your honesty in informing us of any restrictions at your delivery address, as it allows us to plan for your delivery adequately and provide you the service you deserve. Thank you.

 

Delivery Policy: Terms & Conditions

 

Standard Delivery Timing: Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays), 10am to 6pm.

 

In-store Purchases

  1. Free delivery on orders over S$200 to a single destination on mainland Singapore.
  2. Please ensure that the management regulations at the address provided allows for delivery access at your chosen date and timing slot. In the event of a failed delivery due to restrictions at your delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our premises for redelivery at a later date.
  3. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require changes to the delivery date & time. If we are unable to make your delivery on your chosen date & timing slot, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
  4. In the event of delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we strive to contact you as soon as possible.

On-line Purchases

  1. Free delivery on orders over S$120 to a single destination on mainland Singapore.
  2. Delivery service covers drop-off at the doorstep only, excluding entry into the home.
  3. Delivery will be within 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays, not inclusive of Public Holidays)
  4. Our delivery teams will endeavour to contact you prior to delivery on the day of delivery; however, if they are unable to contact you, they will leave your order in a safe spot for you and send you a WhatsApp photo of your order.
  5. Should you require a specific delivery date and delivery slot (Mondays to Saturdays, choice of morning slot: 10am – 1pm or afternoon slot: 1pm– 6pm only), this will incur an additional fee of up to $20 + GST, subject to availability.
 

General Conditions

  1. Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur a minimum surcharge of $50 plus GST. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance. Restricted access areas include but are not limited to Tuas Link, Shipyards, Singapore Prison Quarters, Army Camps, Airbase sites, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, Changi Cargo Complex, as well as any other site requiring lengthy security checks.
  2. Bulky or heavy item(s) delivery requiring the use of additional or specialised equipment, additional labour, or the use of lorry-crane services, will incur additional charges.
  3. Delivery to multiple addresses will incur additional delivery charge for each address if it fails to meet the minimum amount for each destination.
  4. In the event the delivery address provided is incorrect, the item(s) will be returned to our premises if we are unable to reach you at the contact number provided. Redelivery will be arranged in such situations.
  5. Redelivery attempts will attract a redelivery fee (up to $30 + GST) per subsequent attempt. If specialised equipment are required (i.e., lorry cranes), the charges for these equipment will apply on top of the redelivery fee.
  6. Delivery will be to ground level or to high-rise levels only if accessible by service lifts. In such cases, item(s) for delivery will need to be able to fit into the service lifts. If no prior arrangements or instructions were given, we reserve the right to refuse delivery if items do not fit into the lifts. If redelivery is required, our redelivery fees apply.
  7. We will try our best to make your delivery in a diligent and careful manner. However, we will not be liable for any damages to your property(s) / item(s) sustained during the delivery process.
  8. The receiving party is to check on the quantity and quality conditions of the item(s) before signing for the delivery. No exchanges or returns will be entertained after the delivery is completed and the delivery order has been signed.
  9. If no one is available to receive the item(s) at the delivery address, you may request our personnel to leave the item(s) at your doorstep, guard house, main gate, or secure position of your choice at your delivery location, but we will not be liable if your purchased item(s) goes missing or is damaged by the time you return.
  10. If our delivery team is unable to contact you, we will leave your order in a safe spot for you and send you a photo of the order via WhatsApp.
  11. In the unlikely event of any discrepancies or issues with the delivered items, please contact customer service (hotline: 62753155, WhatsApp: 80236140, or email us at sales@worldfarm.com.sg) within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, we will not entertain any requests for refunds or exchanges.
  12. No maintenance or warranty is provided on item(s) sold unless otherwise specified.
  13. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if (i) additional manpower, time, or equipment, or (ii) re-delivery service is required.
  14. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable service requests if no arrangements have been made in advance, as our delivery personnel work on a tight schedule. (E.g. arrangement of plants / items at your address / location, helping to remove and dispose of items from your address / location, on-site re-potting / planting for free, etc.)
  15. Any service request(s) have to be made at the point of purchase, prior to the scheduled delivery. These service requests may incur additional charges.
  16. Delivery timings for Mondays to Saturdays: morning (AM) delivery is between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.; afternoon (PM) delivery is between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 pm. There is no scheduled delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery service and to change the delivery policy for the delivery of purchases without notice at any time.
