In order to keep track of your records better, we will need customer to create an account with us. This helps us better should you need recommendations or advise with your plants in the future.You will also be able to track past orders if you have an account with us.

By creating an account with us, you are automatically enrolled in our membership program which allows you to earn points that can be exchanged for vouchers.

Membership

You are automatically enrolled in our membership program when you create an account on our World Farm app or on our website.

Points can be earned both online and in our retail stores.

Points are automatically added to your account when you complete your purchase on our online shop at worldfarm.com.sg.

At our retail stores, a QR code can be found on your reciept* which can be scanned using our app to add the points to your accounts. To do this, go to the “POINTS” section on the World Farm app, and on top right corner of the “WALLET” tab, there is a QR code scanner icon. Click on this icon and scan the QR code found on your reciept.

(This QR scanner is different from the SCANNER function found on the main navigation bar, the SCANNER function only allows you to scan the plants and product barcodes to get more information)

On the app, vouchers can be redeemed from the “REWARDS” tab under the “POINTS” section.

On the website, navigate to “MY ACCOUNT” -> “MEMBERSHIP” -> “REWARDS”

Vouchers can be used for online and in-store purchases*

 

First navigate to the vouchers page.

On the app, go to “POINTS” -> “WALLET” -> “VOUCHERS”

On the website, go to “MY ACCOUNT” -> “MEMBERSHIP” -> “VOUCHERS”

 

Click on the voucher you wish to use.

For online purchases, at the checkout page, put in the “Online Purchase Discount Code” into the “Coupon Code” box (Click on “Click here to enter your coupon code” to reveal this box). The voucher will be applied to your cart when you click “Apply”

For in-store purchases, click on “Enter Store PIN” and allow our staff to input the PIN on your phone. Our staff will apply the voucher to your cart.

 

*Applies for vouchers redeemed using points, other vouchers please check T&Cs of the voucher.

The World Farm app can be found on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices.

Delivery

We will deliver your purchases within 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays)

Standard delivery hours are 10am to 6pm, from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays)

Sorry, but we are unable to support this. If you need to choose a plant of your liking, we would advise that you visit our garden centres.

No, our delivery service is only available within Singapore.

As orders are delivered by our own fleet, please contact info@worldfarm.com.sg for any enquiries regarding your order.

For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 2 working days for plants and perishables, and 7 working days for non-plant items. Please include your receipt details and photos.

Sorry, we are currently unable to offer a scheduled delivery service. Our standard delivery timing is between 10am to 6pm, from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays).

You may email us at info@worldfarm.com.sg with your invoice number and request, and we will try to accommodate to the request in our best effort.

There will be charges if disposal service is required.

Please contact us with your order number and let us know immediately.
If the order has been shipped out, there may be additional charges for re-delivery.

Sorry, we are unable to accomodate such requests, especially if your order includes live plants.

As we have both physical stores and online stores, there will be lapses in inventory updates. Please understand that items are subjected to availability before we can fulfil the order. We will infrom you as soon as we can, should an item be unavailable and you will have the option of replacing it with another item. The difference will be refunded/invoiced accordingly.

Garden Centres

We have garden centres in Jurong and Sungei Tengah, you will find the address here.

Our garden centres have different opening hours, please find the hours here.

We typically have a shipment of plants from Cameron Highlands coming in every Wednesdays at our Sungei Tengah Garden Centre. The timing of arrival is dependent on custom clearance.

Shipments from other countries are more sporadic and do not follow a set schedule, follow our Facebook page to be informed whenever new stocks arrives.

Parking spaces are available at both garden centres.

For our Jurong outlet, the carpark of Jurong Play Grounds is just right at our doorstep. Alternative parking is available at the multi-storey carparks of Blk 285E Toh Guan Road and Blk 287E Jurong East St 21.

For our Sungei Tengah outlet, there are parking spaces available just after the entrance.

Yes, we are pet friendly. Please keep them on a leash and pick up after your pet.

We would like to remind you to be mindful and respectful of the personal space of other patrons.

Online Shop

We are unable to support this at the moment, all online purchases will have to be delivered.

We accept PayNow, VISA and Mastercard.

For payments using VISA and Mastercard, there will be a credit card surcharge of 1.09%.

For PayNow, we are able to accept QR payments from the following apps:

  • DBS Paylah!
  • OCBC Pay Anyone
  • UOB Mighty
  • Citibank
  • GrabPay

Yes, if the order has not been delivered. Do note that an administrative charge will apply.

As we are not able to assure the restocking date for the item, out of stock items will be refunded only.

We know how it feels when your favourite items are out of stock. If you wish to be notified upon stock availability, use the “Notify Me” button on the product page.

No, plants are sold by their pot sizes and can vary from batch to batch.

No, we do not list plants individually, all plant products are listed by species and pot sizes, so the photos are for reference only and are not contractual.

What you are buying is a plant of the same species, but not the exact same plant.

Sorry, we are not able to pick out a particular shape of plant for you. Please come down to our garden centres for your plant purchases if you are looking for a specific shape for your plant.

Plants

Plants are living organisms and are all unique individuals. Imperfections such as small tears, holes in leaves, having some broken stems, yellow leaves or dried flowers are normal and part of nature, and does not indicate overall poor plant health.

When you purchase plants from us online/ in-store, we will endeavour to pick/ suggest the best plants for you from our stock, but they may differ from your expectations as no plant is perfect.

As we commit in sending out the best plants for your order, it is hard for us to check all plants.

We will guide you on how you can remove them and it is good to have some gardening sprays ready for such cases as it is part of gardening process. They are all part of the living organism.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for plant maintenance after delivery.

Plants dying can be caused by various reasons and we cannot guarantee the full survival of your plants since then.
