Seed Sowing Guide:

  Begin by evenly spreading the seeds on top of the seedling soil, and then lightly cover them with a thin layer of soil.

  Water the seeds twice a day until they germinate, making sure the soil is moist but not waterlogged.

  Once the seedlings have grown 2-3 true leaves, thin out the excess seedlings in stages, removing weak and crowded plants. Maintain a distance of 15-20cm between each plant. The removed seedlings can be eaten.

  Apply Mr Ganick 532 organic leafy fertiliser weekly by placing it in the middle of two plants and covering it with soil. Water the plants after fertilisation.

  Harvest the plants after ~30 days, or when they have reached the desired size.

Harvest Tips: 

 When harvesting, it is recommended to only harvest the upper half of the plant and allow the bottom half to continue growing. This allows for a staggered harvest, where you can harvest in stages as the plant matures.
