Direct sunlight can scorch the delicate variegated leaves, so it’s best to place the plant in a location with filtered light or dappled shade.

Water: Water the plant regularly, allowing the top 2–3 cm of soil to dry out between waterings. Ficus elastica prefers consistently moist, but not waterlogged, soil. Ensure good drainage in the pot to prevent root rot. During periods of high humidity or rainy weather, be cautious not to overwater, as this can lead to root rot.
