The blade has a superior quality finish and is hard chrome plated, which makes it resistant to rust and the effects of resin. The teeth of the blade are impulse-hardened, which makes them stay sharp about three times longer than non-hardened teeth. However, improper use can cause serious injury, so it is important to handle the blade with caution, wear protective gloves, and store the saw in the provided sheath when not in use. The blade should also be kept out of reach of children.
